WHO WE ARE
Sidmouth Voluntary Services is a registered charity and has been providing services, care and friendship for the elderly & disabled in the Sid Valley area for over 60 years.
Older people make unique, varied & valuable contributions to our community. We are committed to supporting them in their daily lives by promoting independence, social inclusion and respecting the cultural traditions of our community.
We offer a range of services from Twyford House, including:
- Morning Coffee every weekday from 8.30 to 11.45
- Freshly prepared 3 course lunches every weekday from 12.00 to 13.15 (including a door-to-door minibus service)
- Home delivery lunches
- Transport to medical appointments by our volunteer drivers
- Regular minibus trips for shopping at Waitrose and Lidl
- Social trips to Country Houses, gardens, garden centres and other places of interest
